David Moriarty

Senior Portfolio Manager

David joined CH in early 2019, having previously worked in the National Asset Management Agency as a Residential Delivery Manager.

With over ten years’ banking experience, David’s role as a Senior Portfolio Manager is to implement the agreed strategy for our portfolio of active loans, as well as monitoring the onsite progress of live developments and processing monthly drawdowns. He enjoys fostering positive working relationships with our clients and panel of professionals and takes satisfaction from witnessing each development’s progress from an empty site through to the eventual sale of fully completed homes.

David is a native of Dublin. In his free time, he plays tennis, enjoys listening to music, and catches live gigs whenever he can.
