Senior Portfolio Manager

Conor joined Castlehaven Finance in November 2019 as Senior Portfolio Manager. Conor has 22 years’ experience in the property banking sector, both in lending and restructuring. He started his career in ACC Bank working in the Business Banking Team as Relationship Manager and later as Senior Asset Manager in the bank’s Loan Management Department. Other past positions include Relationship Manager at Fitzwilliam Loan Management and AIB Bank.

As Senior Portfolio Manager at Castlehaven, Conor is responsible for monitoring the progress of developments, conducting site visits, processing monthly drawdowns, and addressing day-to-day issues and queries on the Castlehaven loan portfolio.

Professionally, Conor takes satisfaction from being involved in the various stages of the development process. His extensive banking and property experience allows him to develop positive working relationships with clients on both existing and future projects.

In his free time, Conor enjoys running, going to the gym, going to the cinema and live music events. He is originally from Dublin.
