Conor Feeney, Business Development
Conor has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, first in branch banking and then supporting a senior team in Ulster Bank lending to the SME sector. In 2000, he joined Bank of Scotland’s property lending division where he specialised in residential development lending and deal structuring. Conor subsequently led the Asset Recovery Business Management team in NAMA, having already held senior roles in credit & risk. He also led an asset recovery team managing a complex, high-value debt portfolio.
In late 2017, Conor joined Castlehaven Finance in a business development capacity. He spends most of his time travelling to look for suitable opportunities for CH’s unique funding model. He oversees client relationships in Cork, Galway, and Limerick, as well as some in the Greater Dublin Area. He manages social housing projects throughout Ireland. His many years of experience and detailed knowledge of development finance make him a valuable member of the Castlehaven team. Conor particularly enjoys securing successful partnerships and playing a part in the solution to one of Ireland’s key social needs: housing.
Conor is originally from Monaghan and now lives in Dublin with his wife and three daughters. He is an avid GAA fan—particularly the Monaghan football team. In his free time, he coaches football and camógie at his local GAA club, St. Brigid’s.
