Diarmuid has worked in commercial banking and property finance for more than 20 years, including positions with Citibank, Bank of Scotland (Ireland), and Anglo Irish Bank. In 2011, he became self-employed, operating as a corporate debt resolution advisor in the property sector. Areas of focus included debt resolution, exit strategy, and refinance options.
Throughout his career, Diarmuid successfully negotiated resolutions for clients with NAMA, BOSI, and Ulster Bank, as well as second tier equity houses like Lonestar, Apollo, Goldman Sachs, Cerberus, and more.
