Gemma Wright

Credit Manager

Gemma joined the Castlehaven Finance team in October 2017 and is responsible for structuring and underwriting development deals. She works closely with professional teams and clients to ensure transactions progress smoothly and close efficiently.

Prior to joining Castlehaven, Gemma spent eight years with Special Olympics Europe Eurasia, most recently managing government relations and development. She also worked as a research analyst in the commercial property sector with Jones Lang LaSalle.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys literature, theatre, cinema, and travel. Originally from North Yorkshire, she lives in Dublin with her husband Marty and their two children.
