Conor rejoined Castlehaven in July 2026 after 5 years with Financefair, where he headed up their Development Finance team. He has over 30 years’ experience in development finance new business origination as well as underwriting, funder engagement, and portfolio management in senior roles with Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited, Ulster Bank Corporate Real Estate and NAMA. He has a deep understanding of the complexities of development finance in Ireland.

Conor loves getting out to meet developers and understanding the specific challenges and requirements for each development. He works closely with the developer and his CH colleagues to structure a facility that supports an efficient build on a cost-effective basis. He is keen to continue to build trusted relationships with housebuilders that give them the access to funding they need to do what they do best with confidence. He gains great satisfaction from seeing completed developments, having led the funding of many such projects throughout Ireland.

Originally from Ballybay, Co. Monaghan, Conor lives in Dublin. Being from Monaghan, Conor is a connoisseur of classy Gaelic Football and enjoys watching soccer and all sports. He coaches adult football at St Brigid’s GAA in Dublin and used to compete in cycle racing. He has also lectured on a part-time basis in TU Dublin’s School of Construction.
