Shane Gaynor

Business Development Manager

Shane has 15 years experience in the Irish property sector across Asset Management, Development and Lending. Shane initially joined CH from AIB in early 2017 until late 2020; holding positions on the Credit and Business Development Teams respectively. Shane rejoined CH in mid 2025 and is responsible for identifying new lending proposals.

Shane has a strong track record of obtaining land, equity, debt and post construction refinances for the development sector.
Shane is from Dublin and is an avid sports fan.
