Located in Ardee, County Louth, the development consists of 106 two, three and four-bedroom houses. Castlehaven provided a rolling development facility to build out of the entire project in phases, commencing with the first phase of 29 units, which were sold to a Voluntary Housing Association. Castlehaven is now funding phase two of the development, which will be completed in 2019.
