This project resulted in a mix of 22 semi-detached and detached 5-bedroom houses. The village of Carrickmines is situated in southeast County Dublin, approximately 14km south of Dublin’s city centre, making it ideal for commuters. Castlehaven provided both acquisition and development funding.
