This modern farmhouse was built as part of the redevelopment of an existing property in Sandyford, Dublin 18. A derelict structure adjacent to the Sandyford House Estate was demolished and this new 4-bed bungalow was erected in its place. The home is centred around a private courtyard, with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. The house spans 1,900 sq. ft. of living space.
