Copeland Place is a nine-unit development along the Howth Road in Clontarf, Dublin 3. The finished units include townhouses, apartments, and semi-detached homes ranging from 1,100 – 2,000 sq. ft. of living space. The homes feature two-storey ceilings and a modern design that prioritises natural light and open living. Castlehaven provided development finance for this project.
